✅ When Replacements Are Possible
We only offer replacements in the following situations:
You received a wrong pickle (e.g., mango instead of lemon).
The product was damaged or leaked during shipping (verified with photos/videos).

Please report any such issues within 1 day of delivery by calling or WhatsApping us.
Share clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and invoice so we can verify the issue.
Replacements are not applicable for:
Taste preferences (spice level, sourness, saltiness, etc.)
Delays caused by courier services once shipped
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
