1. About Us
Pickles Vijaya is a FSSAI Certified homemade pickle brand based in Hyderabad, Telangana. We prepare authentic veg pickles (mango, lemon, tomato, etc.) and non-veg pickles (mutton, chicken, fish, prawns, and more) with traditional recipes.
All our products are freshly prepared in hygienic conditions and packed carefully before dispatch.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website using UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
Once your order is placed, you can request changes only before shipping by calling us directly. After shipping, no changes or cancellations are possible.
3. Product Information
Our pickles are handmade, so taste, spice level, or texture may slightly vary from batch to batch.
All products are perishable and should be stored in a cool, dry place as per the instructions on the packaging.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India and internationally.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery in India takes 5–7 working days. International orders may take longer depending on courier availability.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen issues, but we’ll keep you updated.
5. Refunds & Replacements
Since our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds or general replacements.
However, if you receive a wrong item or if there is verified damage/leakage during delivery, please contact us within 1–2 days of receiving your order.
You may need to share photos/videos via WhatsApp for verification. If it’s confirmed to be our mistake, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
